Don’t have a lot of time for maintenance; try the Early Girl variety that has an abundant and early harvest. Heirloom tomatoes have a long harvest season and offer colorful beauty to your dishes along with a variety of fresh, juicy flavor. Plum tomatoes work best for canning and cooking. Their delicious flavor and dense texture creates the best spaghetti sauce, and tomato soup you have eaten.
